Jukido Jujitsu
Details:
Jukido is
a traditional Japanese Jujitsu class teaching realistic self-defense. The
techniques that a student will learn includes throws, takedowns, arm locks,
pressure points and strikes. Jukido stresses the seven codes of bushido:
justice, courage, benevolence, politeness, truth, honor and loyalty. Safety and
doing one's best are always emphasized in class. Trial classes are available
and uniforms are not mandatory. For more information, please visit the IKA
