APPLICATION PROCESS:
Vendors must provide event-related goods and/or services, or tie into the event's theme. If it is not immediately apparent how your products or services relate to the event’s theme, please be sure to address it on the application in the description section.

An Invoice will be issued by SWPRD and Vendor Fees will be processed only if the application is accepted. Once accepted, the vendor fee is non-refundable. Submission of an application does not imply or guarantee acceptance to South Windsor Events. Available vendor spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Substitutions are prohibited.

1) Appropriate vendor fee:
a. $25 for applications received on or before 30 days of the event.
b. $45 for applications received within 30 days of the event.
c. $15 for each additional 10 X 10 space. Space may be limited.
d. $20 for South Windsor businesses with a current South Windsor Business Tax Receipt for applications received on or before 30 days of the event.
2) 501(c)(3) verification (if applicable). A limited number of spaces are provided at no cost to theme-specific vendors with proof of nonprofit status. To qualify, a copy of the organization’s 501(c)(3) paperwork must accompany the application, even if it has been submitted in the past.
3) Proof of commercial general liability insurance (if applicable).
4) A brochure, picture, or link to a website representing the items to be sold, displayed, or the organization.
