*Refund Policy: Requests for cancelations, withdrawals, or transfers received by 4:30 PM on the Wednesday prior to the start of the session will be eligible for a full refund. Requests for cancelations, withdrawals, or transfers received after the start of the session but prior to the halfway point of the session (four weeks in) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to receive a pro-rated refund. Requests for cancelations, withdrawals or transfers after the halfway point in the session (four weeks in) are not eligible for a refund.

If any participant has special accommodation requests or information helpful to the instructor, please contact the parks and recreation department at rec@southwindsor-ct.gov two weeks prior to the start of the program.
