A camp for young adults with special needs (ages 16-21) in the South Windsor Community. This program  includes an inclusion piece with Human Service's Rising Stars Camp from 1:00pm-2:00pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  Sign up for any or all three sessions! Activities include ping pong, pool, board games, arts and crafts, volleyball, kickball and structured themed activities.  Thursdays are a full afternoon of pool fun at VMP at 575 Pleasant Valley Rd., South Windsor!

 

Pickup is at 4:00 p.m. at the Community Center on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Thursdays, pickup is at 4:00 p.m. at VMP. Pickup is the responsibility of the families. Participants enrolled in South Windsor Board of Ed Summer School will be bussed to the community center or VMP. Otherwise, drop-off is the responsibility of the families.
