

Aerobics With Body Sculpt - Tuesdays
We also provide Creative Cardio- Aerobics with Body Sculpt. This aerobics class offers the same total body workout as Creative Cardio with an additional 15 minutes of low weight strength training, focusing on strengthening the arms, back, shoulders and core muscles. Participants are asked to bring a set of hand-held weights between 1-5 lbs.
